They are very helpful and they even got me a good deal on a tablet on October 29th of 2017 an it was even on sale an they set me up on payment plans on it I really appreciate there help
Went to get upgrades in November. Went with LG specifically for the 200 dollar rebate. Halfway through our transaction, salesman's buddy came in and wanted something. Salesman didn't tell us that we had to send in for rebate nor did he give even us our receipts for our phones. We couldn't have sent it in anyway had we known. Now we are out 400 dollars. Stay away from this store.

Custimer service at this location sucks, but when you want Verizon you just have to deal with it. There are a few employees that seem to care; however, most act like you are bothering them.
