I seldom leave a negative review. But I went in today to purchase Pro Plan dog food for my dog. The young lady that asked if she could help us recommend us buying an all meat food. She said our choice was not good for our dog and was not worth what we were paying for it. Which was $42.99. I mentioned cheaper brands, that it must be better than and she said not much. I've shopped there for years. Ive fed two different dogs this food for 15 years. They've done fine. May go somewhere else to buy my Pro Plan. Not good customer service.

I went in this morning and when I put my merchandise on the counter 2 roaches scattered from behind a plush animal on the register. I watched the cashier chase around the counter.I had to go through my bags to make sure no pests came home with me. Very unsettling...they need to call an exterminator.
Other than the crazy prices on stuff you can usually find elsewhere it's not too bad. They have a great variety and the animals look alright, not as bad as other pets shops I've seen. Kinda pissed that they took a perfectly good tank and wouldn't let us buy or take it because it had a crack. The shop guy told us it would be completely destroyed which is a ridiculous waste when I could have easily patched it. I even offered to pay for it.
