I called early this morning to reserve a truck for the next day. They took my information for the rental and I was told I could pick-up the truck tomorrow as early as 7:30. I asked about the bed height from the ground? The clerk told me she didn't know but I could come and measure it. Later this morning I drove to the business to measure. When I arrived and waited my turn at the counter the clerk said that she had rented the truck I reserved. Well I misunderstood at first, I though she meant I would't be able to measure the height because it had been rented for today.NO, SHE RENTED THE TRUCK THAT I HAD RESERVED FOUR HOURS EARLIER!!!
