I have a broken ankle and the staff was so good to me. They never rushed me when I was trying to shower quickly after foolishly dozing back asleep due to a hectic three day road trip. Breakfast was delicious as usual. Everything was so clean and smelled so good. I would absolutely LOVE to visit this BW again one day. Thanks to everyone there!
Had a pretty good stay here. The place is undergoing a few renovations. The room was okay, the carpets were an ugly green color that just made you think they were unclean. The beds were clean. Breakfast was the usually hotel breakfast and nothing special. Is would say this is a good cheap option if you won't be staying long.
Great hotel! Nikki at the front desk is great. We will stay here any time we are in Paducah. Staff makes the hotel great. Also had some questions about food allergies as well and they were very accommodating. Tesla and JPlug chargers are a great bonus!
Was a comfortable stay. Mostly for the staff’s helpfulness and kindness. The lady at the desk was very joyful and kind. Had a little problem with the tv which the desk worker gave us the help we needed.
Excellent place to stay in Paducah. Staff was friendly, room was clean and updated, carpet was clean, beds were comfortable, great experience... would definitely stay here again.
