The staff were WONDERFUL! They tried to help & fill all our wants/needs with grace & kindness. The room was really top class. They have like a "social" time with cookies, coffee, & milk. If breakfast is like or as good quality the rest of the facility & staff are - it will be great. Definitely recommend this location. Better than some places we have stayed that cost lots more then they do. Again, really great place, I would double their stars if I could.
What a wonderful experience! All the staff was so friendly and professional! Special thanks to the Monday morning breakfast lady, she was adorable!!! As we traveled with our fur baby, they were so accommodating and welcoming.The property was clean, the beds were great, we had everything we needed and more. I will definitely be a return guest! If there was an option to give 10 stars I would!
This hotel is a great find and I am so glad I stayed there. The outside appearance was welcoming and looks like a newer hotel. The lobby is modern, clean and efficient. The clerk at the front desk was friendly, polite and helpful. The free breakfast was scrumptious and continously stocked. It included fresh pancakes, fruit, yogurt, sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, eggs, toast, muffins and bagels, cereal and oatmeal. It has an indoor pool and hot tub that looked well kept. The rooms were nice sized, with a kitchenette area, up to date and had two queen sized beds and a pull out couch. The beds and pillows were comfy. There was a large flat screen TV that had a decent picture and a working remote. Big bonus is that the room was very clean. I am super picky on cleaniness and found nothing that needed attention. The only con is that the room did not have enough bath towels. The room sleeps 6 but only had 4 bath towels. Even so, if I need a place to stay in Paducah again, I will definitely be staying there.
Fantastic hotel! Great value, spacious rooms, great pool and hot tub! Rooms have mini fridge, microwave and nice flat screen TV. Will totally stay here again!
Wonderful staff... couldn't have been more friendly, or helpful! What a treat! Room was great and spotless! Warm cookies at 8:00 pm was so, over the top! :) The staff at the Hilton in Nashville could learn so much! This Hotel will be our destination as we travel from Illinois to Nashville!
