I was a new patient, they scheduled 6 month appointment I was unable to make the 6 month appointment, they charged me $25.00 for not showing, I never got follow-up call. I tried to plead my case the lady in accounts payable was rude. They turned the $25.00 over to the credit bureau. My next step is visiting attorney. The whole thing that was so upsetting was the customer service received.
