I am waiting in the doctors room, about to enter my FOURTH hour here. So far, I have had my vitals taken with faulty equipment and have been left to rot in headache hell. This place is just awful. If I had a GP I never would have come here! Stay away if you want prompt, courteous, or any service, for that matter.
Several great doctors, but waiting is a little long, I made an appointment at 9 & saw the doctor at 9:45
This the very best hospital I've ever been in and I've been in several. The nurses were the best you will find anywhere. Even the ancillary staff was amazing. There should be more hospitals like this one in our world.
My husband went in for a pacemaker; nurses & doctor were wonderful; however, NO ONE told him they would give him all the medications he listed when he was admitted and they would NOT be covered by Medicare or our supplemental insurance. He NEVER asked for these medications and simply took what the nurses gave him. The nurses don't know what they cost (verified by Western Baptist), so it's not their fault. We got a bill for $197.10 -- they didn't even send an itemized list -- just a bill for more than we pay for these supplements for a year's supply! Tell everyone you know about this. They should be ashamed of themselves. So much for "Christian" charity -- and CLARITY!
The nurses receptionists and everyone here is completely unprofessional. I have waited in the waiting room for the last 4 hours. Other people who were after me went to see the doctor before me. I never once got called back to see the doctor and when another person was called back I was told that they called my name. I recommend that you go to another doctors office before ever setting foot in here. It has been a complete waste of my time and day...
