I was there looking for a job and got hit with rudeness and a mad look from the employees. Also there was two employees helping one customer. If that isn't terrible custom service, then I don't what is. Plus, they had terrible selection of 10 phones and 2 tablets. Overall, bad experience and I'm going elsewhere to look for a job.
The associates were very friendly, they were very helpful, they acted interested in what I wanted and needed. They offered some suggestions and understood my budget limits. There were three ladies there and they all pitched in doing different tasks to get me set up and out of the store in a timely manner.
Great service, but I'm smoking furious because I asked about s8 note and she told me there wouldn't be one, next thing I know, yes it is coming in fall
