Very helpful employees or partners as they like to be called also if you like buying your goods in bulk it's the only way to go pay a yearly membership of about fifty dollars and you are in they even have fuel for your vehicle so it's kinda like Walmart but better because you are able to buy in bulk on a lot of items they also have free samples on some things they also have members only items and deals specifically for members so if you're interested go check them out I promise you will find some interesting things
Your bakery cakes are very good, but I have one complaint about your decorations. You use to have what is called rosette cake decoration, which is a large round swirls all over the cake. It very similar to way you put the icing on your cupcakes & I was told by the bakery they don’t do that anymore. It is very simple and easy to, plus it’s very pretty. I would highly recommend to bring it back, Walmart does it, but there cakes are not as good & they are more expensive.

Very disappointed in Sam's return policy. Online purchases may be returned to store but cannot be exchanged for same item. Employee informed me that amount of purchase would be credited back to credit card, however, only after the item is shipped back to processing center. So basically, I returned the product, they kept it, and told me I could go "buy" another one and eventually I would be credited when they received the shipment. Terrible policy. This is the second time that I've returned items and the first return involved multiple phone calls to get money credited back. I guess I must have forgotten the inconvenience of returning items. Won't make the same mistake again.
My prescription was prepared and ready for me to pick up. Next I had to wait for the pharmacist to explain to an elderly man the process to get him a refill on medication which was sent to a mail order pharmacy. Then she asked my name and gave me my medicine. She did not know me. How did she know she was giving the medicine to the correct person? It took way longer than I expected.
