Absolutely disastrous in every way. Poor surgery twice and a dose of MSSA infection (of dubious origin 'apparently' found on an anchor from the first surgery.) I was never told that it was MSSA and had to contend with it for more than 6 months and still not got the all clear. I was in agony due to poor surgery and discharged myself from Lourdes Hospital after this doctor wanted to keep me in for 'observation' following the second surgery. The nurses could find no reason. I had 4 subsequent visits to the Emergency Room as part of the surgery was sticking out of my shoulder before anyone would believe me! I have a photo of the offending surgery I may post here yet. it's harrowing for me. I'm trying to get better but it has been and continues to be a nightmare both physically and mentally. I am currently investigating all records pertaining to Dr Hunt's surgeries to get this sorted out since my future health is in doubt and I run my own business.
Our daughter hurt her knee playing volleyball. He office was great with her. Had a fantastic bedside manner and made my daughter and us feel comfortable with her injury.
Dr. Philip Hunt is a an outstanding doctor. He's professional, thorough, and bery easy to talk to. He's a straight shooter. I've had both tendon surgery and shoulder/collar bone surgery by Dr. Hunt with great success. I highly recommend his office.
