Wonderful staff and great Doctors/ PAs. I love that they have a sick and non sick waiting room!
The doctors are very nice, however some of their staff if very rude. If you have any form of Medicaid you will be treated as if you are ignorant and inferior. Not everyone in their office is like that but I have experienced that with one woman at the front desk more than once. She was unhelpful in the ways of insurance. I even called because my child (an infant) was showing signs of having the flu so I called to see if we could come in to be seen prior to the appointment, the same woman only asked what the temperature was ignoring all the other symptoms and said we could come in a few days later and they would take the temperature then. She talked about me as if I wasn’t there when I was present and told the other staff I was “freaking out” about my infants first round of shots he had failed to receive and he was already over 2 months because of insurance issues. The only issue being she wouldn’t bother to look any further than her computer screen. Another woman there called the insurance company and got everything settled in less than 10 minutes but that took 3 months to do. I am very displeased with the way this woman treated us, I only wish I could remember her name. I am aware they are not a walk in clinic and we probably couldn’t have come in before the appointment but she acted as though I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have also received several phone calls reminding me of other children’s appointments.
Five plus stars ......they are fabulous. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The docs and PAs are just top notch. I just spoke with a nurse from their office, and she was extremely helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They make me feel very comfortable. The staff is helpful, friendly and prompt. I have nothing negative to say and honestly would give them more than 5 stars.
