Visited on a Tuesday at lunch. Went inside. They were having lots of trouble getting orders straight. This Wendy's has been going down hill for a few months now.
They Totally Forgot to Put The Meat On My Sandwich...
The absolute WORST drive thru experience I have ever had! I'm not one to complain but COME ON! Even the guy after me got his food before me! Prolly because I got the chicken sandwich & it was late in the evening but COME ON! Not even a great at the pick up window despite my 15 min wait at least. If I hadn't already paid I truly would've dipped! I mean who would've thought sooooo long! Didn't even get my drink until the food was bagged! COME ON! To top off my experience , I didn't even get an apology! COME ON! Lack of leadership! For real! I just moved to Paducah so it definitely was not an experience that I would recommend anyone to have!
