Extremely unorganized, and truthfully the worst postal service I've ever encountered (which is saying a lot, when I've been stationed all around the globe). They will never answer a phone call when you try calling them, and expect to stand there for at least 30 mins or longer if you go up there to get answers as to where they've lost your mail. There never seems to be any manager or acting manager on duty -- even though that is a mandated postal regulation anytime there are bodies in the building. To top it off, there is no Post Master at all for this area... which probably greatly contributes to how much of a joke the service is at this annex. I have several friends within the USPS organization that I have had to enlist there help just to find the numerous packages that this place and their couriers lose. This annex can't locate the package, or why it was possibly signed as unable to deliver due to a blocked recepticle, but my friend three states over can use his computer terminal and tell me??? And tel me that the false coding of a blocked recepticle wasn't even entered anywhere near my business or mailbox (read: carrier was too lazy to deliver the mail).
If I could give this annex a negative rating, I would. One star is way too generous based on the level of service they offer their customers. The USPS needs to clean house in that annex and put someone in charge that can straighten that mess out. Yet another example of aging government workers, who no longer care about the level of service they offer, but continue to draw that check.
The one time I have something to be delivered by USPS in Paducah Kentucky they lose my package. How can a package be out for delivery at 9am and come 5pm no one knows where it is? Bad service all around.
A package from ups that ended up here is two days late and I can't even get a hold of anyone during their open hours. Went there and they go 'Uhhh I don't know where your package is.'
Very unorganized. Have fun spending hours on wait just to still not know where your package is and never talking to an actual person. Extremely frustrating
