This was a great time with the kids. The staff was very helpful and great with the kids. At the Paducah location one particular staff member Alexa was so good. She leraned all my kids names within 10 mins and called them by there name the whole 90 mins we were there. She interacted and played with them the whole time. Vertical jump is blessed to have her as an employee.
Grandson had a blast. Took a long time to get in, 1 person to check in, no one would help.
Staff friendly and helpful. The new game area is awesome, a great addition! The food is always good, and reasonably priced.
I absolutely love this place! I have so much fun and it's a really good place to be! Although I wish it could have some more room for more things it's still a really great place! Workers are sweet and very understanding ☺️ Kind of expensive but definitely worth it ❤️
I feel when you have a party scheduled, there should be a person assigned to your party... regardless of how busy, the place, itself is. Our gostess has been "around" but not really attentive to the party. Owners of Vertical Jump... when you charge Red Carpet price, you should offer Red Caroet service!
