We bought all brand new movies and all worked but one disc which they wouldn't replace because we didn't have the insurance why would we need insurance on a new DVD I think they do it on purpose other than that not very helpful ask about a movie and its a deer in the headlights look

Love going in there and getting the movie that I want whether it's used or not good customer service and great music and other retail items
Never never let these people have your debit card or credit card to pay for an item because you won't
know until a few month later that you have purchased books, membership to something or another that you have no clue what it is,very shady!!
