Matt, the manager at the office is extremely helpful and has taken care of me getting me set up at my new address. He also has given me great guidance when I bought my first home recently on how to take care of it the best against any pest issues.
I called Terminix for quarterly service in June. They came and treated inside and out and also told me if there was still a problem they'd come back again and retreat for free. We were seeing spiders more and worse also ants etc so I called for the free second treatment which I was charged for and still we had problems. I went ahead and paid for the retreat which didn't help and I get home one afternoon and there's a note on my door stating they had treated again. This is one done in June then again in August and they came again in October without making an appt. I called the office to tell them it wasn't time and that no one was here to let them in and I get told that they've put me on bimonthly service and that the inside treating is just something extra not included in the $109 they have already charged me twice and that I owe another $109. I refuse to pay because that is not at all what I signed up for. I do not recommend Terminix and will never use them again

Wonderful experience with this young man! He was so knowledgeable and courteous... he took time to explain everything to us before he started and he assured us that he would return very soon to recheck and retreat add needed! Way to go!!
