Wish I could give less than 1 star. Contracted over two months ago with this store to have all our vinyl siding replaced on our home. Totally mismanaged from the very beginning. Material delivered, contractors failed to show up for two weeks until we called and complained. Then the wrong siding was delivered, and Lowes knew about it, but waited 3 weeks until they ordered the right kind, and only after multiple phone calls and complaints, and listening to lies, and being given lip service. The right materials finally got delivered, but not enough material to complete the project. As always Lowes did not call, I had to call them, now they tell me it will be around 10 Nov before the remaining materials arrive to complete the job. That will be 1/4th of the calendar year if not longer. There was a large two story vinyl sided home completely built in 4 months on an empty lot just a few doors down from us. I would not recommend this store to anyone wanting an exterior installation done to their home. The store is fine for purchasing something off the shelf, but we have experienced nothing but mismanaged service, which left our home exposed to the elements, water in our crawlspace, lies, lip service, and no one taking on any responsibility, and the worst part is the people handling this have been totally unapologetic, and oblivious in recognizing that this is their job responsibility.
The lady in Plumbing was excellent today 9/12/17 around 10:30. She helped me with purchasing two bathroom toilets and loaded and pushed them to the checkout. She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.
