What a wonderful barre studio! We had a great workout with a very knowledgeable and motivating instructor instructor! Such a fun class and beautiful studio! Very friendly front desk staff and customers!
I am visiting from out of town and stopped by Barre Co. for a workout. Kristin was super nice when she greeted me, and made sure I knew everything about the class. Then she taught an energetic, challenging class! She was engaged the whole time. I’ll definitely be back if I’m back in Paducah!

Barre Co. Paducah is the best! All of the instructors are energetic and motivating. The classes are fun and different from any other workout I've tried. Barre really changes your body. It's a workout that I actually enjoy!
I love that we have Paducah Barre Co. in town. I try to go at least 3 times a week and feel so much better when I do. The teachers are so great and you never get bored. If you haven't given it a try, go go go!
