They stand by their product... Bought a new set of 4 tires... Discovered one was defective after taking a test ride... They figured the issue, ordered another by next day. Remounted, rebalance and checked allignment... Rides smooooth.
I went there for an alignment, rotation, and synthetic oil change. They were very courteous and professional. Worked with me on coupons to keep costs reasonable, and treated me like a knowledgeable person, which makes a big difference compared to other places that talk down to female customers. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
