They had my vehicle ready with a full tank of gas and all paperwork done I walked In and was out the door in less than 3 minutes they knew I was traveling where the weather was calling for snow and slick conditions and made sure I was in a 4x4 just in case can't ask for better service than that
Overall my rental experience was fine. My only complaint and why I'm not giving 5 stars is because I was given the car with a half tank of gas. I realize it was just returned as they were trying to find me a full size, but I would have assumed they'd make sure it had a full tank before giving it to me. Otherwise the car was great and everything else worked out.
We have used Enterprise several times in the past, but we had to use this for two weeks recently because of an accident in our vehicle. The staff was very helpful and the cars were top notch. I would highly recommend the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Paducah, KY!!!

The only thing I didn't like is that when myself and another customer in the business were both waiting on a small SUV. The young man that was helping me couldn't find the keys to the vehicle that was available so he offered us a van. I told him I made reservations for the SUV. The young lady that was assisting the other customer knew the young man was assisting me and looking for keys. She goes outside and pulls right up to the door with the SUV but offers it to the customer she was assisting. So I said to her so is this the vehicle of the keys he was searching for and she just grinned and said he has reservations and I said so do I. That kind of got under my skin because she knew the young man was looking all over for the keys, the keys was left in the SUV. Other than that service was great.
