I ordered a large and med soda, got two larges. I understand they cost the same but I wanted a medium. Also ordered hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. No extra and not hot, or even warm.
Came through late at night, was told to go through the drive threw twice. The manager was completely rude and spoke down to the employee. It was bad.
McRib tasted like cardboard and bread was hard. Service equally terrible at Mukwonago location.
They told us to drive around the building to get back in line because our food was being prepared. When we explained the current line was exceptionally long the manager began to yell from the back that we could drive off if we didnt like it. I have low expectations, but this combined with employees loitering outside the drive thru windows for cigarettes made this a remarkably low experience even for MickeyDee's
Great service! Cashier was very pleasant. Service was fast and food was nice and hot.
