A bit pricey, but good food.
I was especially pleased when they offered and came around to help me with bringing food to my family table. Another of the amazing guys came out to help our 6-year old niece find her to-go bowl as we tested her skills at interactions. She said he was nice.
Great place to visit when you are visiting or passing through Kentucky. I stopped in Paducah because my niece wanted a bowl of her favorite soup. The customer service was very very good. The guys were respectful, professional, helpful, and ever so attentive to the customer's needs.

My wife and I are very customer service oriented and watch keenly for service providers who offer or fails to offer superb service. This store and its staff is up there with the top three of customer service we have experienced. Of course, our carnival cruise is still a little ahead of them.lol.
Panera Bread in Paduca, Kentucky has an amazing staff. 11/19/17 my family and I stopped there on our way from Tennessee back to Missouri and we were blown away by the exceptionally, excellent customer service we received by the staff.
My mother had just died, and I needed a quick breakfast before meeting with the funeral home staff. I ordered one of the posted breakfast choices, but was told they no longer offered them in Paducah. With no sleep for 2 days and watching Mom pass hours earlier, my grief choked me up at that moment. The dear woman apologized for not having the sandwich as she removed their sign, and I assured her that wasn’t the reason for my tears. She came from behind the counter, hugged and comforted me before taking my replacement order...then didn’t charge me. I so appreciate her kindness and compassion, but I don’t recall her name to thank her publicly. Quality food AND quality people.
Keep up your great service guys. Thia is what customer service should look like.
